I stayed at this hotel recently, and I had a mixed experience. The rooms, while modern and with garden views, lacked external windows, and the proximity to the loud restaurant was a downside. However, the service was exceptional, attending to all our needs promptly. The location was convenient for exploring Cuenca, despite some noise concerns. The dining, although not perfect due to limited options, offered a delightful morning experience.

The dining experience was wonderful overall, with dinner in the restaurant being divine and the complimentary afternoon tea a delightful touch.
My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were so comfortable, down to the hot water bottle placed in my bed each night. The service felt like being treated as a family member, with the staff going above and beyond to assist with any need. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the old town, and the dining experience was fantastic with divine dinners and delightful tea time treats. However, the limited buffet items for breakfast were a bit of a letdown. On the whole, a wonderful experience with some minor drawbacks.
